Bernal: El pueblo está pariendo ideas para salir de la emergencia económica

El jefe del Comando Central Nacional de los Comités Locales de Abastecimiento y Producción (Clap), Freddy Bernal, afirmó este viernes la distribución de alimentos a través de esta iniciativa es algo “coyuntural”, y no dejó duda de que Venezuela saldrá de la crisis económica que atraviesa.

“La distribución de alimentos es algo coyuntural, es por la emergencia económica; porque de esta emergencia económica vamos a salir”, manifestó Bernal durante la entrega de certificados productivos del Ministerio para la Agricultura Urbana en San Agustín, Caracas.

Continuó diciendo que “lo táctico de los Clap es la distribución, pero lo estratégico es la producción. Esa es la columna vertebral”.

Informó que hasta el día de hoy se han estructurado unos 20 mil Claps en todo el país, “de los cuales, después de chequear que estén constituidos por las comunas, Unamujer, Frente Francisco de Miranda y PSUV, hemos validado 9 mil”.

A su vez, agregó que de los Claps validados junto a la ministra Lorena Freitez recogieron mil que fueron destinados a la siembra urbana en el marco del proyecto de hallacas agrourbanas. Resaltó que en algunos estados del país “esta idea ya ha sido tomada y tiene cuerpo”, porque, a su juicio, “el pueblo está pariendo ideas, el pueblo está ideando, el pueblo está construyendo su salida”.
