Conozca los detalles de la salida de circulación de los billetes de Bs 100

Este domingo, Elvis Amoroso, consultor jurídico de Miraflores, explicó los alcances del decreto dictado por el presidente Nicolás Maduro que retira de circulación los billetes de Bs 100 en 72 horas.

El decreto, en base al estado de excepción y emergencia económica, surge “para darle un freno a todas estas irregularidades que ha tenido la moneda venezolana y nos ha dejado sin los billetes de Bs 100 y lo han acaparado en el exterior para crear una desestabilización económica y crear una crisis financiera en nuestro país“, así lo explicó el consultor.

Asimismo expresó que “los billetes ya prácticamente no los hay en el país, están en depósitos en Colombia, Alemania y otros países puente para la desestabilización“.

Amoroso detalló que el objetivo de esta medida es “frenar y acabar con esta estafa que se está haciendo con la moneda venezolana con el papel moneda“.

A continuación, los detalles del decreto:

  • En 72 horas, sale de circulación el billete de Bs 100
  • Los billetes deben ser canjeados en la banca pública o depositados en la cuenta personal del usuario
  • Se darán 10 días más adicionales para canjear los billetes en el Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV)
  • Sudeban establece que a partir de Bs 500.000, debe realizarse una declaración de los fondos a depositar.
