Continúan llegando insumos y equipos al Hospital Universitario de Maracaibo

Al Servicio Autónomo Hospital Universitario de Maracaibo (Sahum), arribó el segundo contenedor cargado de equipos e insumos que fortalecerá todos los servicios del gigante de la salud de occidente, especialmente al Servicio de Neurocirugía.

Así lo indicó Samuel Viloria, director general del Sahum, quien además señaló que junto con Antonio Ávila Castillo, jefe del Servicio de Neurocirugía, recibieron y supervisaron la llegada del inestimable material.

“El Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Salud (MPPS), con el envío de estos equipos e insumos, procura el fortalecimiento de los servicios de salud que el Universitario ofrece a toda la población de occidente”.

En tal sentido, Viloria puntualizó que los insumos recibidos en esta oportunidad están divididos en 36 renglones, entre los cuales destacan: 32 camas para adultos con la misma cantidad de mesas para comer, mesas de noche, colchones, tablas para cabecera, bandejas, barandillas y en lo que respecta a insumos y medicamentos llegaron drenajes neurológicos externos, soluciones de sodio al 9 por ciento, entre otros”.

“Estamos agradecidos por esta dotación hecha por parte del MPPS, y con esta segunda dotación podemos garantizarle a los pacientes una eficaz asistencia médica”, expresó Viloria.
