Drones reforzarán seguridad en actividades religiosas de Caracas

La viceministra del Sistema Integrado de Investigación Penal, Katherin Harrintong, destacó que el dispositivo de seguridad Semana Santa 2016, se despliega no solo en las vías y la zona costera, sino también en la capital y en lugares más concurridos durante las actividades religiosas.

En este sentido, enumeró que se reforzará la vigilancia en las iglesias Santa Teresa, San Francisco, Catedral, Santa Capilla, Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, La Candelaria, Nuestra Señora de Altagracia, en Caracas.

Estas aeronaves conectadas al Satélite Simón Bolívar, estarán sincronizadas con las nuevas estaciones policiales activadas en Caracas, este fin de semana por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para las Relaciones Interiores, Justicia y Paz.

El martes 22 de marzo se activará el dispositivo especial en el casco central de Caracas, para custodiar los alrededores de la Basílica de Santa Teresa, previo y durante la multitudinaria procesión del Nazareno de San Pablo.

Falcón, Anzoátegui, Zulia, Nueva Esparta,Vargas y la Gran Caracas, serán las entidades custodiadas a través de este sistema moderno de tecnología de punta.

La viceministra recordó que durante el Operativo Semana Santa Segura 2016, se han desplegado 168 mil funcionarios de Protección Civil, Bomberos, Policía Nacional Bolivariana y Guardia Nacional Bolivariana, para garantizar el bienestar del pueblo venezolano.
