Gobierno argentino ordenó suspender transmisión de Russia Today

El Gobierno del Presidente de Argentina, Mauricio Macri, ordenó que en 60 días, cese la transmisión de la cadena de noticias Russia Today (RT) en español en este país, informó Telesur.

La cadena Radio y Televisión Argentina Sociedad del Estado hizo pública esta decisión a través de su portal web, poco tiempo después de que se anunciara también el cese de la señal del canal Telesur mediante Televisión Digital Abierta (TDA).

RT Noticias en español salió al aire en el año 2009, convirtiéndose en el primer canal ruso en transmitir programación e informar en idioma español.

En 2014 los mandatarios de Rusia, Vladimir Putin y la expresidenta de Argentina, Cristina Fernández, acordaron el inicio de las transmigraciones de RT en este país, con una audiencia de entre 33 y 35 millones de personas.
